Practical communication coaching for working professionals who want to speak up with confidence.

Speak Up Studio helps working professional become more confident speaking English at work.
Through practical coaching, real conversations, and supportive community, we help you speak up in meetings, presentations, interviews, and everyday workplace situations.
First, you have to choose one goal. Next, write three talking points, not a script. Third, prepare your first sentence. Take note that you have to prepare for unexpected questions. And most important, prepare your body and voice.

Keep your confidence during the meeting
Confidence does not mean speaking without pauses. It means you can keep going even when you need a moment. You can use simple phrases to join the discussions, buy thinking time, or clarify questions, et.al.

After the meeting:
60-second reflection
Do this while the experience is still fresh. Your goal is progress, not self-criticism.

Working professionals (25 to late 30s)

Founder / Communication Coach
I offer practical communication coaching for working professionals who want to speak up with confidence.

"Client calls used to make me nervous, especially when I was asked something I did not prepare for. What helped me most was learning how to respond naturally instead of memorizing lines. I still prepare, but I no longer panic when the conversation changes."

"The biggest change for me was realizing that confident communication is not about perfect English. I learned how to explain updates clearly, ask better questions, and pause without feeling embarrassed. I feel much more comfortable speaking with my team now."

"I used to stay quiet in meetings even when I had an idea because I was afraid I would say it the wrong way. The practical exercises and feedback helped me stop overthinking every word. Now I focus on making my point clear instead of trying to sound perfect."
